Plant & Machinery
We love technology, so it’s been no chore for us to research and invest in the best print and finishing technology over the years. We carefully choose – and continually reinvest in – a suite of equipment that provides you the best quality print at a great price-point.
Printing
We have a range of best-in-class wide-fomat printers that can print to all manner of roll and board substrates and produce finished products that are suitable for use indoors and outdoors.
Our SwissQPrint flat-bed is super-sized so it can print the largest 3m x 1.5m (10ft x 5ft) boards in a single piece. We also have fast UV roll printers for producing flexible media that is just as suitable outdoors as our board products.
We can print rolls up to 3.2m wide, perfect for extra large banners and exhibition displays!
Cutting
We have a comprehensive suite of cutting machinery. This includes vinyl plotters, CNC cutters, creasers and routers and a laser cutter.
This enables us to achieve the best cut edge for your job and allows us to fabricate 3D products that are folded and joined from cardboard, plastic or metal.
Finishing
We have a comprehensive suite of finishing equipment for welding (banners and metal), laminating, folding, joining and assembling. We can print and finish everything from a simple printed to sign, to a complicated, bespoke, free-standing POS unit made from aluminium dibond.
Shipping
After all the effort of producing a perfect product, we need to ensure it reaches you in the same condition. We go to great lengths to pack your product to protect it from couriers. Depending on what you order, you may find your item delivered in an elaborate combination of bubble-wrap, foam, cardboard and wood.
