Sign trays, made from folded aluminium dibond (aluminium composite panel or ACP) create great impact when used as building edifice or fascia signage. With all four edges of the sign folded and joined at 90 degrees, the sign forms a 3D ‘tray’ shape that sits prominently and proudly from the wall with all fixtures hidden inside the ‘tray’.

Premium signs for any situation

Sign trays work great at smaller sizes too. A small tray can be made and fixed next to an entrance door to permanently display opening hours for example. And sitting proud, with blind fixings, they scream professionalism.

Your choice of finish

Our signs trays are printed straight-to-board and V-grooved on the reverse with our CNC router. We then router a special shape around the edge of the board that lets us fold back the edges along the V-grooves to make a seamlessly joined tray. They are fully weather-proof for outdoor use. They have a satin finish that is somewhere between matt and gloss.

If you want extra scratch resistance and increased UV protection, or you just want a definitive matt or gloss finish then choose one of our laminated options.

Please note our standard unlaminated product is fully suitable for outdoor use. Lamination is not normally necessary but may be desirable for hard wear areas or if you require a highly matt or highly gloss finish.

All you need for installation

Sign trays can be fixed to wooden battens (not supplied), or aluminium angle (not supplied). Simply pre-fix the battens or angle to your wall at the correct spacing for your sign tray, slide the tray over the top and screw through the returns into the batten or angle.
