CNC cutting now done in-house
I briefly mentioned this in a previous post about flat cut lettering, but earlier in the year we made an investment in some new equipment.
The rather large item in that rather large box was a DYSS X7 CNC flat bed cutter. It’s a top of its class CNC cutter and router that enables us to offer a range of new products and to bring in-house some products that we could only previously offer through our trade partners.
New products
The DYSS cutter can cut or rout almost anything – foamex, dibond, acrylic, correx, paper, vinyl, display card, corrugated card, honeycomb board etc.
Because of its versatility we can now offer, fully manufactured in-house:
- Flat cut lettering
- Shaped signage (foamex, dibond or correx)
- Point-of-Sale (POS)
- Custom packaging
- Cardboard furniture
- …and more
Improved capacity
As well as new and improved products, we can now produce standard signage at much higher volumes and with greater speed.
